Booking Procedures

Rates and Inclusions:

Rates are per person, per night, double occupancy per bed room, maximum 2 per bedroom. Gratuities, taxes surecharged courses and rreplay golf carts are extra. Surcharged golf courses require payment in advance of your stay. Golf packages include lodging, unlimited green fees (same course, same day), cart for 18 holes, replay based on availability (cart fee extra), breakfast, and daily housekeeping.

Golf Package Deposit:

Reservations made 30 days or more prior to arrival require $100 deposit per person. Reservations booked within 30 days or less prior to arrival - entire amount is required.

Accepted Payment:

MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or a personal check made out to The Villas at Wyboo.

Confirmations:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for confirmation. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check to determine that all items are correct. If not, please call immediately! the confirmation must be signed and returned with your deposit or your booking may be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for golf packages must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date for full refund. Cancellations made within 14-29 days before scheduled arrival date will forfeit the $100 deposit. Cancellations made 13 or fewer days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged for the full balance of the package. No exceptions will be made except in instance of death or serious illness. Changes in starting times for golf require a minimum 96 hour notice prior to time of arrival. No refunds will be made on unused portions of packages or for early departure.

Additional Information for Groups:

We offer one comp golf package for every 16 golf packages when working with golf groups. We try to place groups members in adjoining bedrooms and/or villas; however, such groupings are not guaranteed.

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.

Check-in Time:

3:00 PM at Resort Check-in, 2538 Players Course Drive, Manning, SC. We try to accommodate early check-ins but during our busiest seasons, we cannot always do so. For after hours or Sunday check-in, the key will be left in the key box on the front porch of the Check-in Building.

Check-out Time:

Accommodations must be vacated prior to 10:00 AM regardless of golf play on day of departure. Late check-outs may be charged for another day.
